A hidden gem in the Highlands
The spacious room offered lovely views, and the staff radiated warmth and friendliness. The food was a delightful surprise, especially the locally sourced dishes.
The hallways felt stuffy and less inviting, which detracted somewhat from the overall experience.

We took hikes around Lochailort and enjoyed the stunning scenery. The staff's warmth was definitely the highlight of our stay, especially when they recommended local gems to explore. The food was fantastic, particularly the traditional Scottish dishes that filled us up after a day out.
In my wife’s opinion, having a few safe play options for kids would enhance the stay.

Lochailort Inn is a fantastic stop on the way to Skye! The decor is modern and cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is a must-try, especially the creamy porridge. Plus, it's dog-friendly and offers great parking right next to the hotel!
The location can be a bit noisy from the road.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We explored nearby hiking trails and appreciated the stunning scenery. The rooms were tidy and the staff were super friendly, just like everyone else mentioned. Don't miss out on the delicious breakfast, it’s locally sourced and unforgettable!
One thing to note is that dinner options could be limited if you have specific dietary needs, as the chef didn’t prepare anything off-menu for us.

A Bit of Charm with Room for Improvement
The restaurant offered a delightful dinner experience with a lovely ambiance. Breakfast featured seasonal fruits and various choices, which were refreshing. my twin room's beds were uncomfortable, and bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade. Call ahead for any late-night needs to avoid surprises.
